HOW IT WORKS

1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

We recommend that clients make an appointment with us (by letting us know the time and date of your visit, and name) through the following means:

2. YOUR INITIAL VISIT

You will be attended to by our sales staff and the initial visit will start off with choosing from our range of high quality fabrics. With the aid of our style guide, we will then choose customize every garment you order (i.e.lapels, cuffs etc). This will then be ended off with our sales staff or master tailor taking your body measurements.

At any time, do feel free to tour our workshop/factory in our shop premises. Unlike almost all other stores, our garments are manufactured in house and are not outsourced. We display clearly the completed suits and shirts produced for other customers, so do look to understand the quality difference between us and other stores.

For the selection of fabrics, you will be first presented the swatch books. Once you decide on the actual swatch book, do feel free to take a look at the actual fabric bale under natural lighting.

We will then require a minimum of 50% deposit, after which a receipt will be issued.

Depending on schedule, we will typically book you for the first fitting the next day.

3. YOUR FIRST FITTING

This will usually be a day after your first visit. Items will usually be 90% complete less small details such as buttonholes, buttons etc.

All your items will be ready for you to try on privately. Our sales assistant will then make you go through a range of very basic motions with you (i.e.sitting down, lifting arms) and discuss with you your fit preference. Do note that for very fitted clothing, some movements in the clothes will be slightly compromised.

The first fitting will typically take around 30mins depending on the amount of clothes purchased and individual requirements. Do feel free to take your time and also to listen to the suggestions of our sales assistants.

4. SUBSEQUENT FITTINGS (usually 1-2 more)

Subsequent fittings will usually take around 20 minutes. Typically, a customer will require 3 fittings on average. If there are any issues or changes to be made we will not hesitate to do a fourth fitting.

You will try on all your clothes again. Our sales assistants, usually with the assistance of our master tailors, will offer skilled and relevant advice to clients during these fittings with regards to fit, style and so on.

Typically if there are any alterations to do they are very minor and will be done as you wait as our tailors (cutters and seamstress) work in the shop premise.

Once you have approved everything, your items will be handed over to our full-time and dedicated quality control team who go over each and every garment and that everything is in order.

The last fitting session will be when you pay the outstanding bill. We can help to deliver the garments to your hotel after that should you require this service.
